Here are some self-care quick from Sparks founder, Anna Sparks, to help you feel AWESOME every day!

  • Organize your daily schedule and eliminate any unnecessary commitments
  • Practice daily stress reduction activities like yoga, meditation, reading, walking, stretching
  • Practice mindfulness training
  • Eliminate toxic beauty and cleaning products and replace with clean options
  • Strive for 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep each night
  • Do something that makes you smile each day
  • Disconnect with “no screen time” at least 1-2 hours before bed each evening.
  • Turn off the TV, computer and stay off of your phone!
  • No caffeine after 12 p.m.
  • Take one weekend day to just RELAX
  • Eat bone broth daily
  • Find a support group
  • Move your body each day
  • Follow a low carb, high fat and moderate protein daily nutrition plan
  • Drink a lot of clean filtered water each day
