Here are some self-care quick from Sparks founder, Anna Sparks, to help you feel AWESOME every day!
- Organize your daily schedule and eliminate any unnecessary commitments
- Practice daily stress reduction activities like yoga, meditation, reading, walking, stretching
- Practice mindfulness training
- Eliminate toxic beauty and cleaning products and replace with clean options
- Strive for 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep each night
- Do something that makes you smile each day
- BE SOCIAL!
- Disconnect with “no screen time” at least 1-2 hours before bed each evening.
- Turn off the TV, computer and stay off of your phone!
- No caffeine after 12 p.m.
- Take one weekend day to just RELAX
- Eat bone broth daily
- Find a support group
- Move your body each day
- Follow a low carb, high fat and moderate protein daily nutrition plan
- Drink a lot of clean filtered water each day
- LOVE YOURSELF!
